Lilium
Lilium candidum, the Latin name for the White Lily or Madonna Lily.
The name of this white flower, an expression of purity and nobility, seemed quite natural to us for this great dry white wine from Château Climens. Our intention was to express once again the strength of our own limestone terroir in this relentless quest for purity. The use of Wineglobes, glass containers, combined with a precise selection of juices during the pressing, enabled us to achieve this objective, and to give this wine a silky, rich texture, full of elegance.

Palnting density : 6 600 vines/ha
Vineyard management : The entire vineyard has been biodynamic since 2010 (Demeter certification)
Vinification : matured on fine lees in Wineglobe (220 L)
Ageing : 8 months
